Background: Asymptomatic bacteriuria is a frequent pregnancy issue that, if left untreated, increases the risk of premature birth and pyelonephritis. Urine culture basis for diagnosis. In current study, 200 pregnant women are examined severe asymptomatic to gain insight into its frequency in emerging nations, re-evaluate some predisposing factors, test susceptibility specific aetiological agents. The purpose this study was assess prevalence as well isolate, characterise, establish pathogens antibiotic patterns. Methods: with included study. By using traditional techniques, isolates were located, their patterns established. Results: Significant detected 102 individuals (51%) total. three most efficient antibiotics against urine determined be Piperacillin-Tazobactam, Amikacin, Nitrofurantion. Escherichia coli prevalent bacterium, followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae. Conclusions: group under prenatal patients frequently have bacteriuria. All should routine cultural testing detect any undetected infections. This action will significantly lessen pregnancy-related maternal obstetric problems.
